Intended Purpose A Level 2 mask is a surgical disposable 3 Ply face mask. The device has 98% BFE, Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) and is designed to be placed over the nose and mouth of the wearer to protect them from exposure to airborne organisms. The face mask is secured using elastic straps and it is for single-use only. Meets standards EN 14683:2019 Type IIR.
