RETURNS POLICY

Returns
Except where goods are faulty, no returns of goods or refunds will be considered by us unless requested within 14 days of the invoice date. Except in the case where the goods are faulty, where a return is accepted by us a handling fee will be charged to cover the cost of the courier.
If you order the goods in error then you will pay for the cost of the courier to return the goods. If Independent Office Solutions make the error then we incur the cost of the courier to return the goods. If you want to return a product and there is no fault with the product and we have supplied correctly a restocking fee of 15% will apply to items that we need to restock or send back to our supplier, providing the item is in its original packaging and re sellable

Retention of Title
We will retain full legal and equitable title in the goods until such time as the whole of the purchase price is received in cleared funds by us.
If the goods are resold by the Applicant, the Applicant must hold such part of the proceeds of sale as represents the invoice price of the goods in a separate identifiable account as our beneficial property and pay such amount to us on request.
The above rights do not affect our right to maintain an action against the applicant for the purchase price.

DELIVERY POLICY

For Melbourne metro 30 day EOM trading account customers we offer a free delivery on standard stationery items, copy paper, ink & toner, workplace essentials, most technology products ,computer consumables & accessories when the value of order is over $65.00 Including GST.

For items are that bulky such as printers, folding machines, guillotines, trimmers,  laminating machines, binding machines, shredders, chairmats , air purifiers , whiteboards and all office furniture will attract a delivery fee based on weight of product and delivery charges from suppliers.

For Melbourne metro 30 day EOM  trading account customers a small delivery fee will apply of $9.85 Including GST when value of order is under $65.00 Including GST, or you may opt to pick up to avoid the delivery charge.

All Victorian customers are welcome to pick up their order, we have no minimum order value to process the order , you may select the “ pickup”  option on the “checkout” of your online order to avoid paying a delivery fee.

For Melbourne metro, Regional Victoria and Interstate customers whom prepay online by credit card for delivery, a shipping fee will apply under delivery threshold.

Free shipping threshold of $110.00 Including GST for credit card paying customers metro Melbourne and metro interstate for standard non bulky items

Free shipping threshold for regional postcodes will be $165.00 Including GST for standard non bulky items

Bulky items such as sugar example box 2000 3gram sachets = 6kg box, tea and coffee sachet boxes, storage containers or any item weighing over 5kg will be charged on weight of product, distance/location  and delivery charges from suppliers or parcel post when we arrange a shipment , we will contact you for extra payment if necessary.

The charges applied are current with Parcel Post  whom are owned by Australia Post and our furniture and business machines suppliers .

The shipment and delivery charges of your order  up to 5KG breaks down as follows:

500g-1kg

1kg-3kg

3kg-5kg

For every 1KG over 5KG in weight delivery charges are applied by multiplying excess 1kg depending on which postcode /zone it falls in using the parcel post shipping delivery  for regular parcels delivered in Australia .

Lead time for delivery is next day service for our Melbourne metro customers, 2-3 days for our regional Victoria and Interstate customers on stocked items .

If an item is out of stock with a supplier and not available to supply within a reasonable timeframe we will advise of ETA to deliver, or we can offer an alternative to a similar value to supply so your order can be shipped promptly.

Office furniture delivery times can vary , usual time frame to deliver is within 5 business days from placement of your order.

Peak times leading up to Christmas in December with couriers and postage can be impacted , otherwise the lead time for delivery we advertise is reliable.
